2. Exchange Timeline: You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange any item you purchase from us.
3. No Refunds or Quality Issue Returns: All sales are final. Once a product is sold, we cannot offer a refund or return for quality issues.
4. Cash on Delivery: For cash on delivery orders, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes upon delivery to allow you to try on the product. If there are any issues, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately to initiate an exchange. Please note that once the delivery team leaves your area, we cannot provide an instant return solution. Note: Non-quality issue returns are not accepted.
5. Outside Dhaka: If you’re located outside Dhaka and wish to exchange an item, you must notify us as soon as possible after receiving your product. You will be responsible for couriering the product back to us at your expense. Upon receiving and processing the exchange, we will send the new item back to you free of charge.
6. Exchange Value: The exchange must be for an item of the same value or higher than the original purchase. We cannot exchange for items of lesser value. You may add additional products to adjust the difference in amount.
7. Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in their unused, original condition, including all accompanying tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
8. Quality Check: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the exchange is deemed invalid, we will inform you and send the same item back to you.
9. Non-Exchangeable Items: No exchanges or returns will be accepted on items that were sold at a discounted or special offer price.
10. Exchange Form: When you wish to exchange a product, you must fill out an exchange form provided by our customer service team. This form helps us process your request efficiently and ensures all your needs are met.
